Ok... 1st of all, nothing DBZ can turn out good...
(just my crazy opinion)

2nd, they say good animation makes up for bad graphics, u're graphics were OK, but the frame by frame was... pretty... dodge...

When u make another flash, try using porper animation, and make something with a full stroy line.

And i agree with TAKAVOR: It would make it good with better weapons and or different types of enemies.
